I wouldn't be in such a hurry to join a guild on PvP tbh 
If you join a guild that has a bad rep. with say red hands or Fear, You'll just end up KoS and Never get any peace Take your time, Pick the places you exp/pk, Never get angry if your pk.ed. And don't whine at PKers.
Guilds don't often = saftey from PK And more often end up in it being worse.
