Guilds in Mid

hi all
Me and a rl friend have just started playing in mid, and was wondering if there are any guilds that invite lower lvl players?, we are not noobs just low, asked around in game a little and it seems most guilds want 40+ or50 or rr5.
so anyone know any? looking for fun really, getting together for pve and eventually rvr.
