Housing has been shelved till after SI and the first SI bug fix patch, so I would estimate 1.56 at the earliest which will be over a full year since they said in 'couple of months'

NPC merchants to sell your wares

I'd much rather see personal horses, then housing... give me a feeking horse!!

guild vaults i think is one too, they did want to have guild houses before SI, *shrug* things change, alot in thier case.

It would be cool if these houses will be on the PvP server too. Then one guild can fortify another. Might look like in that Monty Python-movie The Holy Grail where the french and the english is calling eachother names.

I want the ability to hang up the emblemed cloak of your fallen enemies on the wall of your guild house. Of course they would have to be a little tattered and blood-stained.

Wasn’t something mentioned about having crafting things like a lathe and forge plus a bindstone in guild housing?

I suggested Guild Colour bearers when in the frontier to Mythic ages ago, and got the usual "your idea has been passed to the dev team... blahblahblah" reply.

If each guild could nominate a standard bearer, each time the guild travels into the frontier, it is jsut attached to the standard bearers back, flying high and proud above the force. Now imagine 10 guild banners, all fluttering in the wind in the middle of their prospective guilds in one big zerg.

If the standard bearer is killed, the standard drops as loot would, then if an enemy picks up that loot, the standard could then be displayed in the guild house, along with a little note when you click on it as to when and where you got it.

Could add bonuses against the guild it came from, or even possibly a weakness to validate the ferocity that a squad trying to avenge the loss of theres (or the kings colours) would employ...

If anyone wonders about how important banners and standards have been throughout warfare history, imagine that the most valuable thing on that field is the colours of your king, closely followed by your guild/family/batallion standard. If you loose your standard, tis the most shameful thing you can do to your army. To lose the Kings Colours... well, lets just say, you just DONT lose the kings colours...
