GOA needs to remember that this is a game and supposed to be fun. We pay GOA to play the game on their servers and make it a fun experience for us.

I appreciate GOA cant fix class balance/bugs but this is the kind of thing I would expect them to sort out.

The problem was originally caused by a bodged job on a server upgrade, the fact that it worked second time shows they did something wrong while transferring the database.

This is your chance GOA to show your understanding side.
