No its not fair. I don't try to be fair and i am not. Their PoV on the game i love is very different and their ideas of fair play are pretty different as well. ANd again, not fair but ill sum up what i don't like:
- Timer stick
- Spread with timer
- Early morning keep / relic raids
- Whorelocs, 2 fg of them
- flaming

There are guild who play by some kind of ethic / rules / chivalery (whatever its spelled, bite me) like
- Nexus
- Fair
- Alive
- West Coast
- Forth realm ( i guess)

and a few who are very lame
- GdE / Bannis
- Dominion
- Odins
