Ch3t you should know better. Sony can't afford to piss retail off (yet), not while they need retail to sell hardware, so don't expect differential download pricing for quite a while yet.
For those of you who don't know how it works; if Sony drop the download price, the likes of GAME will go back to Sony and demand a new buying price based on Sony's online rrp (they don't give a toss that there's no packaging etc). And they'll get it too. GAME and GameStop are still hugely important to Sony (outside Japan), and have the muscle to do this. In the PC market things are a bit different because retail doesn't have the leverage over hardware, so its a little easier for the likes of Valve to do their own thing, but even they have to keep one eye on retail.
