thats a dirty rotten lie! with my bard i had a friend who had farmed faction already, i grp'd and bg'd with him he gave the wings, got the gloves, picked up chest and i got credit. Saved me lots and lotsa farmin

everyone gets the encounter if one hands over the wings and picks up the vest.

i talked to tey on my chanter and he gave me a quest to get the scarab wings, so it doesnt matter if anyone speaks to him, just aslong as your bg'd when the person hands in the wings, and you will get cred? also do you need to have the gloves on to see the vest
