GSV bugged or am I a *lousy camper?

Has anyone seen GSV in Mau camp during the last few days? I haven't been camping it constantly but been checking it out regularly, came to my mind that it could be bugged.

Hmh, I checked it at 4:30am GMT, was not there... unlucky then I guess, and too many people after it atm

Its spawning pretty quickly.

my gf got her vest at 8pm last night, and i got mine at 12.30am this morning.
