This story is quite interesting - not for the 15% loss in 12 years nonsense but for what the bloke from the NSIDC said 'The real proportion of ice sheet area lost over the last 12 years is more like 0.05%'
At that rate your looking at 240 years to lose 1% of the Ice there - I cant really see the sea lapping at my door anytime soon if this is meant to raise sea-levels
