You play it through the third time
"Never been here before. Should have done this differently."

You play it yet again...." hmm, never knew that would happen. What if I had said "no" instead of "yes"...."

So you play it again....

Compulsive replayability.
And it's a good rpg.*

*I Lie

It's the best RPG. Ever.

not everyone does that though.. only hardcore rpgers would play it over and over :x

yes, your point being? xD
I'm such a die hard rpg player, apart from DAoC which is just mmoD2 atm ><, that we usually have a 12-24 hour D&D pen&paper night/day per week at least

As said, Baldur's Gate 1 & 2 with the expansion packs for each. BG2 more polished but I liked BG1 better.

Planescape Torment just plain rocks.

KotOR looks good, have started it but not played very far (still playing DAoC, what the hey ;))

Thoroughly enjoying C & C Generals Zero Hour as well. Very good single player missions and lots of fun. Again how long it lasts with the original game + expansion depends on yourself.

If you're after a long game, probably Morrowind + expansions, though I have to admit, the game didn't really grab me.

Neverwinter was a bit of a let down, bit lifeless I felt and felt like a lego kit adventure.

I had a problem with that once, on my old pc i had very bad fps slowdown yet it was way past the recommended specs, was it a bug or something?haven't tried on this pc though.

It's also very easy :(

Completed it pretty quick and cba to go round again just to photo all the lifeforms and get all pearls.

Think I missed out on about 4 pearls and 6 animals

i still say Kotor is a big disappointment, looks nice, apart from a few bugs with Nvidia cards, easy to learn, yet easy to master, and eventually i've skipped 3 quests purely caus they made me gain darkside points and i've completed it in about 3-4 days playing

oh and Xbox is lame, like a pc in a black candywrapper ><

Ed2k is utterly crap these days unless you spend 3 days uploading to get a decent credit rating. BT slaps it's arse silly for new release but Ed2k is very good for rare stuff and music.

The Heroes of Might and magic games are also quite good, can take you months to play through the campaigns (without cheating).

Also, Civ2, Civ3 and Alpha Centari are good too.

Oh, and if you can dig the graphics, Fallout 1&2 remain superb games :)
