a) Don't use soap (if you do - use dove moisturizing soap)

b) make sure you wash off anything you put on your face. Hot to open pores. Cold to close pores.

Product called Witch matey, natural ingredients made from Witch hazel. I use a fluid its kind of like a make up remover but its not :p little squirt on some cotton wool and wipe down the face before bed and when you get up. I prefer to use it then rinse my face with cold water. Cheap as chips as well.

Umm...Biactol. Is that still around ? Used it when I was 13 to get rid of the odd teenage zit. Its about the only brand product I can think of for skin issues.

Couldn't do any harm to pop along to your local pharmacist and ask their advice.

You only need to go to a doctor if the grease is so thick you can fry chips in it, or its causing physical pain. Or your jaw falls off.

Maybe wash your hair as it might have slipped down from there.

I've got greasy hair. Bad cradlecap aswell. GF bought me some special shampoo. Didn't really work but i tell her it does.

Sure you can buy special products get down to your local health shop.

Peppermint tablets work wonders for heartburn if you ever get it!

Solo makes an excellent point. Could be a scalp problem. Hormone / vitamin imbalance/deficiency. Could even be seborrheic dermatitis.

It depends very much on what you wash with and how well you wash using it.

For some people - certain product's don't mix with skin. I tried tea tree and it gave me horrible skin. I tried facial wipes and my skin become dry and flaky.

I used dove moisturizing soap and it all ended up good. Moral of the story: i'm advertising dove for money :d

Could be a change in the weather. The nights are drawing in. Rainy. Windy. Could be something as innocuous as that.

I tend to find that using a little products as possible stops you getting spots.

The more creams, lotions or facial wipes just make it worse.

Go naturalé

Failing that don't kiss fat birds.

.. prolly due to stress/randomly blocked pore+been unlucky? get some oxy on the spot from superdrug.. it puts oxygen into the pores and kills 99.9% of bacteria. (oxy 10 if u wana go hardcore) but only use on the spots innit. clean and clear dual action moisturzer is really good, non greasy etc and prevents spots (has salicylic acid)

did that oxy stuff come in a blue bottle? swear i use to use the wipe things they did when i was a teenager and it felt like i was washing in turps :eek7:

if you havent changed anything diet or lifestyle wise recently, its probably just weather / stress related or your just a bit run down (working night club does cain you a bit as your sleep patterns are knackered)

best bet is just to get a few good nights sleep in and should clear up, wouldnt worry about getting "mega-000ber" facial stuff, maybe go as far as eating a few more oranges a week or something (apparently kiwi fruit is good for vit c as well)

Back when I did a lot of workout, I remember getting a lot more greasy skin. I think it was because of high protein food I had.

But no idea. Go talk to a doctor? :->

Antibiotics rule :D
you'll be zit free for a month promis ;)

but as most have said wash regulary with a moistior soap, and it's a good idea to use a face cream that fits your skin type.

dry skin = greasy skin = dirty skin = risk of zits,
