Yeh situation atm in mid, is a bit....
slow.
With the NP alliance somewhat shattered, that Alliance seem IMO to be more to EQ whoring in DF.
I hear that the pulse in that /as chat is like near flatline.
And besides people wasting time in PvP "TEST" server, the ones that are in have repeatedly been seen sitting on pad for antother RP zerg in emain.
Even though i can see whats going on in their /as to my left, on a friends comp.
I can see X says: 4-5fg albs at bled.
the 1fg+ mids of nolbys on pad doesnt even move. just teleports to zergdonia aka emain.
And the finally the word reaches CE.
I cant say that theere is extreme order there neither, however the will is there, and thats what counts imo.
Since people like derianna. and so on runs up there no matter what.
as soon as i hear thing go on in our frontier i bring in my roadrunner, and EVERY time i find CE people on the way there WITH or WITHOUT roadrunner support.

However this alliance is also badly dumb struck with people literally wasting time in the test server.
I must say congrats to Albs for pulling off a nice raid, the way it was pulled off leaves me nothing but to /em bows in respect to the alb raid leaders.
And hope that this is a wakeup call.
And also that the people out there, consider what they are wasting their time on.
A temporary test server for PvP.
Your chars will be wiped, and you will have to start exping from scratch again.
It is horrible to go to emain/hadrians some mid sporadic keep raids at its best.
Well *sigh* ill guess ill just have to keep lvling and come spank them albs silly.

albs hacked my comp twice
first ld in 4 hours just went albs arrvied at amg with relic and i started to chargue... ld... die... back to hibbieland. Then u hacked me again when was gonna join the uber defence of benowyc, lost link for 30mins+ so went off to bed, wonder what happened there

I have to say that mid kinda sux atm, ppl rather go emain and zerg then taking our keeps back, and ppl just dont care to much, well i dont understand that, i think this game would be much more fun if all mids would put their harts into this more
Relic is a more serious matter then just hibs taking bledmeer tho..and i hope to see a counter-attack soon, but i doubt it will happen, so really , grats to u all albs again, u prolly deserve it more then we do, or wait, u do.

Firstly let me say grats to the Albs on a well organised relic raid.
For the best part of 2 months the CE/MGC alliance has been the backbone of defending the realm against any attacks. It would be fair to say that without MGC's intervention we wouldn't have held onto the Strength relic for as long as we have done (or even acquired it in the first place).
Since the recent introduction of testing for the forthcoming PvP server on Gorre, we have unfortunately lost a large proportion of people from our alliance leaving the realm defense as a whole threadbare. And so as a result it doesn't surprise me that last night we lost our relic. This also shows testament to all those people that kept Odin's and the realm busy for the last 2 months or so.
Mids need to do some serious thinking whether they simply care about personal performances for the respective guild or the realm as a whole, and by that I mean a co-operative network of guilds (involving the high profile ones) that are willing to work together and to ensure our realm is sufficiently defended and relic raids are properly organised.

Gorre is a "test" server and it means squat because it will be deleted to run other patches when they eventually get here. Both Albion and Hibernia have there fair share of people also playing about on the pvp server. What will happen when the real server comes? Sadly for you guys, much of your fortune hinges on probably the most selfish guild in Europe(bar the few exceptions).
Someone could have logged onto Gorre and told both cutting edge and nolby pride. Sorry mate, it doesn't cut it, when alb took their power relic back from us, the raid was very similar, there is nothing we could but congratulate them on an awesome raid.
P.S. It doesn't take Krane long to PWN! a thread does it?

In all fairness, Nol, Optical was the one who turned this into a PWN! thread, not Krane. Krane just responded in the same vein.
Anyway, kudos to all (or almost all) the Mids and Hibs posting in this thread! It's great to see people being able to exhibit this kind of objectiveness.
And yes, where would we all be without enemy invaders to swear at, bemoan , gank and be ganked by? That's right. Wub you all.

NP doesnt defend Mid in the least, though NP have the right to storm emain, they pay they play and its a game after all.
If you mean we rely on CE then your pretty badly mistaken, CE do their part the same as alot of MGC and non MGC guilds do but are not the saviors of Mid as peeps from other realms may think.
All thats happened is in the lack of leadership no-one knew what the hell to do, one guild on its own cant save the realm, but all the guilds or a large amount of them pulling 2gether can.
Keep teh moral up middys at least we dont need 2 guard mjoll anymore and its not like we got anything to lose atm, we can only gain

For the ones who say mid got most of their ppl in pvp test server I must say that Gorre got about 800 ppl playing there at 23CET n Excalibur got the usual 2000+ players. Where were the mids?? dunno.
