no mid did the 1st late night raid....well it start around 11pm and finished at about 3am i think it was..i may ahev the times slightly wrong but it was mid that did the 1st late night rr [and got reamed for it...then everyone else did it and got reamed...so now its ok..or something]
TBH roo just state u live in ur own time zone where it happened to be 6pm gmt..then it was prime time \o/

When will Albs find out how Hibs crash the server everytime they do a relic raid?
Will Mids rebuild Grallarhorn at the beach near Fort Atla?
Will the Hibs delete their chars and move to Albion so they can have a relic or 3 now and then?
Will some hungry Mid trade the relics for pie?

Since i have helped albion with 2 or 3 of these style raids i'll not complain (i also flame idiots that make comments like the above)

Doubt we'll keep em all for long but thats what the game should be about - relics changing hands not grab a few and then log your AE alts there to keep hold of em forever - I think the realmwar on Prydwen is gonna get a lot more fun - the only darkside is will we end up like pre-upgrade Excaliber with frequent crashes when the huge zergs all move into the same frontier.
Make relics equipabble and Uber too - now that would be fun

First of all a big hurray to the brave troops of Mid, with a succsessfull RR. The sun is shining a bit over Mjolnir Faste again.
As far as i remember we did not have all 6 for about a year, and god how nice to see the Excalibur curse disapear.
Well Done Roo thank you once again for making a great event, was about to fall off my chair when i logged on 1 hour after you finished
You guys made my day and the day of many other mid players, showing the Albs that we are a force to be reconned with.
When ppl from enemy realms write here about the time of the RR i just keep wondering why, they have obviously not played here long enough to realise that we in Mid are only doing raids in similar time as the enemy.
All the talking about IRC cheaters realy pisses me off (I hate cheaters, they are a bug that should be eliminated).
We have a lot of Bandidos and Hells Angels Rockers here in Scandinavia, one might wish for those gangs to do something usefull with their violentic tendencies, If one could find the cheaters, IRL it would be nice to see their heads smashed with baseball bats a usefull comunity sentence.
(Dont worry im normally not violent at all, i just dont like thieves stealing my time and money).
1. We pay for playing DaoC.
2. RvR is the cream of the game.
3. Cheaters destroy the RvR part.
4. In that way cheaters on IRC. etc. are wasting my money and my time.
For us mids there are 3 tings to do now.
1. Recon 24/7 for enemy forces lurking around our frontier.
2. Keeping up yellow alert stage around the relic keeps.
3. Getting as many RP out of the current situation.
Horay to the Mid's may we live long and be happy.

All a bit irrelevent now. At any rate, I've heard from a variety of sources that my planned raid for Sunday night was 'squealed on' well in advance, and likewise last night I even spotted myself that the relic raid was spoken about before we'd even left APK Odin's.

i beliece apk/hpk were being well watched, as soon as the alb/hib zerg moved, we knew about it - saying that ur attempt had been 'squeled on' when it clearly wasn't is pretty poor

I heard from two seperate reliable sources that both the planned time of my raid on Sunday and the url for the raid plans had been passed to Midgard around an hour after they went up.
And last night I actually sat and watched, myself, as someone blabbed on IRC about the relic attempt well before the relic zerg left APK Odins.

On Sunday evening you would have been pretty stupid to try a relic raid straight after the alb one - the whole of Mid was in the frontier.
They werent there because of some vague IRC rumour but because of the actual Alb relic raid that had just happened (pretty good attempt too Albs - you were'nt far from getting your hands on a relic and respect for trying it primetime! )
Currently Mids are in a high state of alert because we constantly expect a relic raid to take place - be warned - best leave your attempts till things cool down unless you can take on a coupla hundred mids

imo there are 2 kinds of raids alarm clock raids and the rest.
imo you can do a raid at 4 am and it is not a arlarm clock raid if it has not been planned as one... hence you use the ppl that are onlinie at this time, but if you start to plan ahead getting ppl to go to bed early, setting alarm clock or something like that you got a alarm clock raid.
This relic raid was a alarm clock raid .... many off the ppl there woudl have been onlinie anyway but a good deal of them would not have been normaly. Now due to the fact that we mids have done few very few alarm clock raids I can't see albs having any reason to whine (many of them are not I know), some of you might think that we mid do many alarm clock raids but you are dead wrong, you fail to realize that we just rally the ppl that are actully onlinie and do with that, we don'ycall up ppl set alarm clock ect ect etc. This raid was a one of the rare time we did, but since the 10+ raids on excal have not been amd since they have not brought home any relics I think it is only fair we did it the safe way for once

All of the few awake albs were already in the frontier, and you nearly had the first relic home.
Difference is, I didn't go shouting and screaming before your force had even left the PK.
