Yeah, I agree. All high RR folks should get nerfed.
The higher RR you have the more your modifying stats are lowered each time you enter combatmode, since you are good you need a challenge right?

Indeed, minstrel with buffbot = one of the best solo chars (speed, stealth and tank like melee). Minstrel unbuffed can't solo much at all
