Concerning relic raiding and prime time : When Hibernia this weekend practically greeted us with a welcome mat at Crauchon - i.e. close to no defenders at 9pm on a Saturday - we sort of took that as an invitation to go all the way. However, taking 3 keeps, 8-9 towers and a milegate takes some time, and we weren't done until late.

To shorten this process in the future hereby reducing online whine, please leave your e-mail adress and I can forward a request to empty Dun Bolg, Dun da Behn and Dun Crauchon when next we come knocking. We should be done by 12 then.

Seeing as our realm is considered a bunch of whining zergers mixed with overpowered classes pressing no more than 3-4 buttons, I am positive we can come to an agreement concerning Albion holding on to the relics. From your description I can tell both Hibernia and Midgard seem to have more experienced players. My suggestion is that the 20% bonus should help make it an even fight for us.

NF destroyed the potential parity of the game really. All I've seen so far is xxxx albs go take a tower and then defend it. When other realms die through intense boredom by going too close the Albs then go take a keep and farm incoming randoms.

If you want the stength relics just ask politely and I'm sure we'll give them to you, then you can carry on attacking towers and keeps without anyone giving a flying fuck that you are there. Then what happens... game over!! Well done!! No one rvring from 2 realms and Albs finding nothing to rvr against.

Seriously mythic totally lost the plot of this game and its empathy towards the Albion realm. Numbers > all. To the people that think Hib doesnt need underpop bonus, have you played on the moon? Salute mids for not joining the farming expedition too and voting with their feet.

Tuorin, we just need to wait for 1.71. Then we can at least have a fighting chance getting the relics back.

And Graendal, I don't think anyone belives Mids or Hibs are better players. But, only a fool doesn't recognize that Albion have a major population advantage. Notice, 45% of last weeks RP went to one realm. It wasn't Hibernia or Midgard.

Uhm Frozenheart, as far as I remember all the relics you have taken was deliver to a shrine past 5am.

So, it is ok to do it late night if you continue to get the relics, but not if you don't?

Afaik, it was never meant as a rr. It was fights all night about towers and keeps. Thing is we attacked the relic at like 11 in the morning/noon. Which is when people start to wake up or have been up for a while. Albs did it, when was it? i seem to remember it something like 5.30 in the morning. Thats quite some time after many have gone to bed. None of them are really good times, agreed. But you had more than enough to defend it, so i dont understand any whine about it.


Anyways, you buckethead, tincans and lamers, thanks for the fight at eras just now.

U really don't get it do u? <sigh> .... when we took the relic we had started at a reasonable time so u KNEW it would be a relic raid .... starting early morning, how the hell were we s'posed to know with like, 3 online? .... nice fighting lamer hippies and the likes .... if that is the only way u guys can try and get relics, with ugleh middies helping too (yes we saw u stand around and watch the hippies) .... then i guess u really can't handle us prime time

Is 10 in the evening a reasonable time to start fighting for keeps and towers, for people whos got work and school? And ofc you had "like 3 online"... No real need to overexaggerate, is there? As you clearly learnt to write a load of crap, but never to read, i will write it one more time here, and hope someone in your realm will read it for you, loud: "None of them are really good times, agreed". That means neither the morning/noon or late evening/night are good times to fight for keeps.

Trouble with hibs..they never remeber history and don't start off on 'It started much earlier' yes it did..so did our RR.

You keep taking in the last few days started at god awful hours of the morning...no comparison.

It doesent matter one bit who started with what. BOTH did raids at stupid times. Thats my point. What im trying to say is that our raid last night wasnt any worse or any better than the one the albs did when they got the relic. Twist and turn it and look at it any way you like. I care little. We attacked and took keeps and towers from you and tried to have a go at the relic. We failed at the guards the first (yes, thats right). At the second run, you had gathered many enough to stop us at the milegate, and we never got past it. The 3 keeps we owned are now back in your hands and the gates are closed. Relics are still in the same place. When i logged, mids still had 1 of your keeps. Not sure if they still do.
Now, that about that. I wont post more about this, as i really dont care about it. We tried to attack, and failed. You attacked and succeded, and got the relics. Thats all there is to it. Thanks you for taking some of your precious time for widduhl me.

Let's be honest about this. Most of us do not like being on in the early hours of the morning defending keeps. Repairing them after the protagonists have gone home is even worse.

Trouble is there will never be a perfect time because RR's take so long to complete, especially when the keeps are defended.
