Graphs Question!

I'm putting together a graph in excel on basic anthropometric measurements (age, height, weight, bp, HR, etc), and i want to put them into a barchart so i can compare male to female on min/max/mean values.

The graph comes out fine which is good, but on the Y-axis (the one going up), i'm not sure what to label it as?.

Does it go under as arbitrary(sp?) units or is there another term for it?

Not sure I understand? you have several variables on x axis each with different units? is that it? so the Y axis is gonna be full of units Unit1/unit2/unit3? that'd be a bit messy though surely...
