Graphic/Monitor Probs

Ok, Whenevry I try to play games (mainly Planetside) on my new system im getting these problems.

Huge Framerate Jumps
Screen will turn Blank and then on again
Occational Distortion lines

System Specs

AMD 2500XP Barton 166fsb
MSI Delta K7N2 Delta-L nForce2 mobo running at 333fsb
Elixir 512 DDR PC3200 running at 333fsb Mem
Leadtek Geforce 4 Ti4800 SE 8x running at default clock speeds
40 Gig Maxtor Diamondmax Hard Disk
DVD ROM drive
Internet: Using a shared ADSL line over a Lan (onboard Lan card)
350W PSU

One Fan on Processor
Two Fans on Graphics card
One 80mm Case Fan

Using Onboard 5.1 nForce2 Sound card

Windows XP professional, with all updates
Latest Bios installed
using Dual Monitors

and that is about all the info i can think of.

So, Anyone know what the problem maybe, or should i get on the phone 2moz and start getting replacement parts.... Windows works fine, and the DxDiag didn't give any errors.

well anyway, i managed to fix this problem, it was the underpowered psu, so i got one with a much higher wattage ratting on the 3.3v and 12v lines and now it works just dandy.
