Seeing as your all a bunch of students can anyone tell me about grants (not loans) and how you apply for them and to whom?

You should contact your student union, they should be able to give you some advice.

find out from your uni what grants and bursaries apply to your course (some give no-strings attached cash for certain high grades at A-level for example) other grants can be income assessed and others you can apply for and try and give them a good reason why the grant would benefit your study and why you deserve it (usually have to go to show-off presentations for these and tell other people about it etc)

or, if you are doing anything to do with medicine you can usually get some money off the NHS too

I've heard of people getting money for showing off their bodies... nothing I know anything about ofc!!

i gotta do this at the moment;

when your filling in your student loan application make sure you tick the box for the uni to get access to yoru info for grants and bursaries on the PN1 form. rest should take care of itself, once you have paid your full tuition fee's you should receive your bursarie from the uni paid direct to your account.
