i was wondering if you hibs and mids had taken him down yet?

our alliance got him to 50% about 7 times...each time he insta healed himself(then i lded )


have you guys had much luck?

same but i heard it was a bug that will be fixed in the next patch.he should only be able to heal himself one time in his last form i think.

We went with about 4-5fg and he healed himself back to full every time he got down to 50%...after 7+ times of that we left him too. And yes he is bugged til 1.55

sooooo bugged monster that noone can kill as of yet but gets fixed in next patch.

'bugged' craftable cloaks that pose no harm to anyone but gets fixed in next patch <although those already made are allowed to stand>


you have time to fix one of these faults for 1.54 release....which do you choose?

anyone else think prioritisation is a little off?

patch 1.55 = Grand summoner cannot IP as much as he did in combat. Its in a BW thread on excal somewhere

The Grand Summoner Govannon continually heals himself to full health, is it supposed to be that way ? No, this is not intended, and a fix is included in version 1.55.

what are you joking? cloaks with 3x7 resists would cause a major imbalance...

On patch day some of us went exploring and eventually found our way to the Grand Summoner (DADDY! I'm home!). Though ew knew we would most like be face down fast, we attacked him and had a go, just to see what happened.

I'd been trying to debuff him and lifetap him and generally doing things that will at least get me the attention of a mob even if I can't hurt it.

It killed the rest of my group but left me alive. It's pets never even had a go at me. Same thing happened to a shammy in the other group.

Bizarre.
