Grand Summoner Hax.

Took a trip into the Halls of the Corrupt today (and beyond). A few samples from our trip.

[ CLICK ME ] - First up, the green knight.
[ CLICK ME ] - Owned. Took a while though and he teleports all over the place
[ CLICK ME ] - Hall of the Corrupt, entrance to the Archwizard room. Hmm. Foreboding.
[ CLICK ME ] - Don't panic! This is supposed to happen! ...I think! Git didnt drop anything. Twice. ffs.
[ CLICK ME ] - Hmm, can't help but feel I've been here before.
[ CLICK ME ] - Halls of the Dead: spookiest. dungeon. ever. HIBS! GANK! GANK GANK GANK!
[ CLICK ME ] - Summoner's Hall, an assortment of purple-con mobs, and him.
[ CLICK ME ] - Grand Summoner Govannon. Doesn't look too tough eh?
[ CLICK ME ] - 5 minutes later.
[ CLICK ME ] - 5 minutes 30 seconds later. Dunno why I took this pic. <shrugs>
[ CLICK ME ] - 15 minutes later. IP's used: 3, bottles of miracle-gro emptied: 12.
[ CLICK ME ] - 20 minutes later. MOOOSEE!!!!!!!!11 GANK!!!!
[ CLICK ME ] - 30 minutes later. IP's used: 7. Sandwiches made: 2.
[ CLICK ME ] - 45 minutes later. AHAAHAHAH WE'VE GOT HIM NOW!!!

Then he IP'd 3 more times so we got bored and wandered off. Thx mythic/GOA.

that trully suxs..... we got to wait another month or so b4 we can kill it...

The annoying thing is...that Fretful Horror was the ONLY thing I could charm in the entire place! A level 49 beetle!

And when I died, people starting FIGHTING it! And it didn't respawn.

I agree this sucks, we were the first ones to try him I think. Killed a bunch of hibbies there and went for him, full healed himself every time we got him near 50% HP. We tried twice same story both times.

Feels comforting that GOA goes the extra mile to fix the HORRIBLE SC cloak "exploit" yet can't get the patch where this mob which we all want to kill fixed.

Glad to see they have their priorities straight

I was one of the hibbies you killed there...it was very funny. I remeber thinking, hey, they have mobs that look just like mids, weird...oh fuck, they are mids...

No, I don't think we would.

After the first couple of times he insta'd, I watched his hp bar quite closely.... and noticed that he always healed at the same point (about 60% hp's left) regardless of how fast or slowly we took his hp's down.
