today we got a new graduate in work

Why is that he gets paid more than an enrty level programmer but has never programmed in his life?
how is he allowed to call him self a project manager when he couldnt manage having a piss without drowning?
Anyone else notice that saying things seems to work better than doing things out in the world ?
just my thoughts coz im bored thought i would see if anyone else has a hatred of these peeps
