Neighbourhood policing is now a reality in every community in England

Not in my community in England.

I saw a policeman in my village last year sometime. Not a proper one mind, one of these pretend ones.

I have to say that the policing in my area is more visible as well now.
In fact North Wales Police provide a list of the CBM, CSO, Sergeant and Inspector for each area, along with their mobile numbers.

We have more community police, but they are not proper police officers and their powers are shit. Once again e-petitions prove how useless they are, and the government shows that it will do what it wants regardless of opinion.
