GoV for casters (Sorcs)

Does GoV really have +15 str and +5 str cap on it for casters, as VoS says?

Not that it really matters, would just like to know.

or at least it did when i activated it on my enchanter.

Gov would be like nailah if it didn't have overcaps.

I am 100% sure we get the caster version with dex and acuity overcaps.

Thanks for replys. I asked Septina in game also, and what Xeanor says is correct.

And btw Xith, VoS does say it has +str if you check under casters, which would be enchanter....I dont see any other pure casters there. Feel free to enlighten me though xD
