Sounds to me like he's pissed off at advertising wankers passing off other people's work as if it's their own. Which is fair enough IMO.

I know a couple of people who run advertising companies. Apart from the fact that they're spectacularly good fun to be around (mostly) they're very shallow, think talent is something you can steal and would rape your granny if they thought they could make a buck from it...
