If you spend every waking hour studying then surely they are a breeze?

I've spent the last 3 weeks studying; the rest of the year I haven't done any work - probably didn't help :x

Regardless, I'm still disappointed. Ofcourse it isn't the end of the world, but its not nice to feel you have done badly in an exam - esp. one of such importance.

More important things in the world, the beauty with any exam is that they can be redone.

Actually this is just as bad as not studying at all. Spendin 10 hours a day revising does not make you any better than someone doing a respectable 5 hours a day.

FP2 right? That paper was killer. No one i know could do the very last question (in time) and a few of them are doing maths at Cambridge as well. The grade boundaries will be very low.

Yes mate.

For the last q - A was 0 and B was -1 or something. You had to dydx the differential equation, then take logs and it should have given you the answer - but it didn't for me.

I did however, agree with the maths genius in our class on alot. Like a being 7 for polar coordinates, and the maclaurain series expansion.

The inequalities question was fuckin lame - I've never seen a constant used before =/.

The first order differential equation popped out as y = 2 + c sin x. Which seemed too simple but I'm hoping to god that's right.

I'm glad you found it hard too - puts my mind at rest! I'm hoping for something like 55/75 for an A; 50-52 for a B and 47-48 for a C. But I can only speculate tbh.
