Would just like to point out that it's pretty unlikely that the police would take legal action about a player disregarding the rules of an onlinegame, even if GOA were stupid enough to hand out personal information like that.

depends what country your in, just the state that a 11 year old player is playing a game which isnt allowed to be played by people under the age, which is set by Mythic/Goverment law.

alrdy the player which acusing the defendent, have 1 already broken the law, thou if Goa supports the acussing part with legaly information. then there isnt much to be said.

I dont know which Foul abusive language which have been used, but if you are bound by the standards of Mythic(usa) then you can Sue the Acussing part for being a minor aka her/hes family.

btw a mom using "gm" sounds like a mom which know the game, if she know the game mechanics then, as i have wrote above, she knows that her daugther have been playing ilegal.

btw send Foul language in PM wanna see if you can get sued for good hehe

There is no "12" rating on th daoc games i own (as in the red certificate thingy u see on films and also games like GTA). I'm pretty sure the ratings you refer to are there to show the game is unsuitable for people under 12 years because it would be too difficult / understand for them, but you can still legally play the game even if you are under 12. That's what I always thought anyway.
