Heh, Simon Foy makes me laugh. He plays for a local radio station, and he had to play a set after Faithless played an amazing live set. Never see a crowd leave so fast.;)

That's because unless you're tug and off your nut on Es the music sounds shit.

xenon2000, u tried listening to dumonde or svenson & gielen? Or try getting hold of some trance albums done by ID&T, they're usually full of decent trance as the dutch still know how to make it instead of the commercial shite we get here.

Krazeh:

Yes I have.. Dumonde are OK-ish, although the only thing I've liked by them is the Onkel's Brett (sp?) remix of 'Tommorrow', and possibly their remix of that Sash track (deserves props purely for making a half-decent tune out of a piece of commerical eurotrash :) ). Their take on Binary Finary bored the hell out of me though, and Never Look Back just didn't work with that bassline. Wasn't too impressed by the latest single either; way too cheesy :-p

S&G did some great stuff back in '99 when that kind of music was all the rage; L'esperanza, Destination Sunshine.. (ahh, brings back memories...). They haven't really progressed that much since then; changed their style slightly, but TBOS and WKWYD failed to grab my attention at all... if there's any other better works by them you can recommend though, I can give them a try.

ID&T = ?

Also, Audioplacid are awesome if you're into the more energetic stuff... I can recommend most tracks on that site :)

ID&T

It's all in Dutch, good luck.

Try Mark Norman: Overkill or Tomcraft: Loneliness.

Perhaps?

Yeah I like Sasha's album too, best tune is Bloodlock. Proggy trance @ its best :)

And I'd never ever ever touch E's or anything in that league, they're for faggots.
