Called up t-mobile to cancel my conract. I'm very happy with them, never had a single problem, never went over tarrif etc. But i have a work phone so didnt see the point of having it as much anymore.

After talking to the guy he has dropped my tarrif down from £35 a month (flext 35) to £25 a month. Free web and walk and a G1 android for free. And it arrives tomorrow

Yeah the guy was proper safe, knew what he was talking about. I said to him if the G1 was decent and his answer was "well nearly everyone here in the call centre has one, so thats a good indication" no techy talk straight to the point lol

o2 give me a 40% discount, £35 tarriff reduced to £20 and a free phone. I have got this every year for the past 3 years. Always talk to their disconnections department and always get a great deal.

I use it more than my other phone and really didnt want to give it up but it was the contract that was first up for renewal
