good media phones?

does anyone know what is now considerd the best media phone? i seen the new nokia which looks amazing with all the functions, but i heard the photo quality is crap..

i also considerd the E700 but it has no bluetooth.

(btw, i made this thread too because i dont want the other one splitting into 2 topics )

Why is the E700 a media phone? If you want something similar to the E700 then get Motorola v600 (HEHEHEHE HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I RECOMMENDED THIS PHONE HERE????)

Don't bother, a friend has one, it has loads (honest) of software bugs, and is a pain in the arse to operate, as the buttons are quite awkward to use. It also takes ages to boot up before you can make a call.

I have a Motorola A835, which you can buy as a PAYG phone from 3, get it unlocked for a few quid, and then use on most networks. Its quite big, and the battery lasts max 2 days, but it does shit loads of things. The main advantage is the price.

I've just got hold of a treo 600 on orange for the grand total of £100 (but traded my ancient 3210 in for £50 vs my call charges) and £25 per month for 120 cross network minutes and 250 free texts.

I've been impressed with the phone so far (although it's 50% a PDA tbh not just a phone). I'm using Eudora internet suite to download email and browse the web on it and the PDA functions appear good. The phone call quality doesn't quite seem up to scratch although that could just be me as I've not made many calls so far. battery life i'd estimate at a couple of days of moderate use.

indeedy, and the guy in the phone shop said if i come in on my b-day he will sort me out a 'special' deal. well there is no harm goin, as the phone is free in all the shops and they all have the same tariffs to chose from.

Don't trade in your existing phone, sell it on Ebay for more money.
