V.O.S seems to have a difference on stats

I just checked the necklace on my Necro:

Acuity: 21
Slash: 10%

Bonus to magic damage: 2%
Bonus to casting speed: 2%

thanks for checking.

It seems they nerfed it,, it used to have higher casting speed apparently.
