Gold drops?

I was reading the list of server mods after having a bit of a bash last night and noticed there is a mod that gives money for mining. How does this work and how do I find out how much I have? I did quite a bit of near surface mining last night for stone to build my temple to nothing in particular.

Do I need to go down deep to earn money or something?

Hello there Raven, that mod was never working properly. But what I have done now, is that you can trade in goldbars at the bank in Southland City for money.

The uses of the money atm, is to use the stargate(You can see how much you got with /money). But you can also create shops(see ChestShop under plugins), where players can buy/sell to eachother!
