Agreed. Didn't live up to the epic trailer IMO.

Completely disagree.

Faithful to the old Godzilla films, great Kaiju film. Givf more.

Watched the Mark Kermode blog last night. He seemed to enjoy it. I loved the originals so I may be tempted this evening.

It wasn't what I was expecting, I was thinking it would be similar to the Matthew Broderick one; and I don't know much about the Godzilla lore etc but thought it was alright. I'd probably give it a decent score as I watched it a cinema though.

Enjoyed it. It's everythiing that Pacific Rim wasn't.

A proper Kaiju movie close in style and theme to the originals. Throwaway brainless fun, lots to look at, a bit of a story, job done. :)

Not the best film in the world but certainly the best Godzilla film in the world.

Felt the monster action was a bit of a backdrop for the most part, just pointless American soldiers running about the place not doing much.
