GOA strike again! Subscription!

Why is that when you cancel the automatic renewal it o so magically appears again! I haven't played the game for a month and after getting charged the 8 quid last month canceled my subscription as i was no longer playing it.. But o wait they have taken/earmarked the funds to be removed today!

Is there any way i can get my 8 quid back before they take it..

Emails/phone numbers etc..

Its 8 quid that i could really do with at the moment and considering i haven't authorised them to do it something i'm pretty pissed off about!

in subs all i get is "unable to modify invoice already in progress"

talk to your bank about it. they are the only one that can cancel stuff like that, them or your credit card company. but u should talk to your bank.

I work for the bank i was going to do it through them but i thought i'd be polite and give GOA a chance to not look silly..
