Its called "Annihilation" and i didnt get it off. Close to impossible on duels.

ive had it done on me a few times and it isnt nice unfortunatly skalds axe styles dont get any stuns thou.o well all i can say is skald is best class ive played i just need a few more resist items because atm my slash/crush/thrust resist sucks really bad but ive heard slash is real hard to raise in mid ;/

Are you sure they weren't afk?? Because i just cant see how a skald can take down a hero, buffed or not.

I've been killed by numerous skalds when i was lower lvl, but since hitting 50 there just doesnt seem to be any comparaison.

A few days back, my group found 3 middies leggin it about in breifine, i gave chase to Sub and Madeleine, unfortunately the rest of my group seemed to be daydreamin, so when i finally caught them i was pretty much on my own, so i started beating on Sub with Madeleine hackin away at me from the side, ok i had to moose and use IP, but Sub was about 2-3% from death when i finally dropped (things would have been vastly different if he'd gone hamster on me though ).

But to be able to stand there well 2 lvl 50's hacked away at me and nearly kill one of them means that as a class hero's can take a bit of a beatin. And i really cant see a skald dishin out enuff dmg to drop a hero before the table is reversed, unless the said hero was asleep or afk.

Got 50 drood with 42 nurture. Not that ill have any problems handing your buffed ass back to you with only self-buff

Who says heroes cant beat zerkers without moose? Don't remember loosing any fight against zerkers, even tho they used gerbilmode, and me not using moose. Duelled some of the best zerkers at that time (slim/kithara,etc). Remember i won against sub even tho he was buffed, yeah yeah it was his only time. (hi sub ).

A hero that knows what he is doing with a good spec, does not have to fear any class.

Never said i was "uber", i was just pointing out that a hero doesnt really have to worry about a skald (as envenom had pointed out he has no problems killin hero's), as dmg output compared to a LW or CS just doesnt compare.

And as far as not killin one of them, i know Sub was worried as he was jumping about like a nutter for the last 10 seconds of the fight

you can only beat a zerk with hamster if you have moose.

hamster is 7mins
moose is 30mins

if you fight the hammer/axe trolls btw (eg Vandgard) they hurt more than anything else ive ever seen. i think we both used IP and fa2 and the duel was a draw (on gorre)
