Guess you're down to waiting in a queue to get on RightNow, then waiting in a queue to get them to email you your passwords, then waiting in the queue again to activate SI.

They've been lost in the dark depths of my harddrive/house.

The annoying thing is that I could get them via rightNow yet I can't because it's offline due to maintenance.

Important passwords, etc all get stored away neatly in my head. Far more reliable than a harddrive and less likely to be thrown away with the empty cereal box.
