[GOA]gorre lag and crashes?

why? limit is 1500 so why is it always lagging and crashing? its not like there's 30000 on 15000. how we supose to test beta if we cant rvr normally. if server cant handle it lower players limit its not like there room for everyone now anyway. was looking forward to NF and lagg craps over all exitment, cant kill a shit.

The lag itself isn't being caused by the hundreds of people in the zone but by the fact that these hundreds of people are all spamming the Gold and Glory gems, loot chests, dropping items on the floor (please please please DESTROY items, don't drop them!) etc.

And Gorre is a lower spec server than the real servers.

• erivoss downloading "blue movies"
• bandwidth given to patch/nf downloads

i finally entered gorre today when i experienced that it is impossible to play rvr with this lag i logged out, good luck and do a good work finding bugs testers, im not going anymore, sucks

XXX is a lamer because he killed you while you were lagging, and he was using Radar... speaking of which has anyone tryed using Radar on Gorre to see if the anti-radar shit is working? Wouldn't that be considered testing as well

Back to topic though, follow your own advice. If you don't feel you can test it properly, then don't test it at all. There are plenty of other people who want to 'test' new frontiers but can't login to the server.

u need to install the 2 other files also( in copied ToA folder)...those 2 files change the server IP's i think...and if u start the camelot.exe from that copied folder..then there should be only 1 server in your list and that's the Gorre test server

I think the lagg is caused of everyone trying to get on the server, usually just after midnight ( 1, 2 am ) the server get's laggfree, I've played to 6 am 2 days in a row and have had alot of fun without lagg.

It's just not possible when whole europe tries to connect to a server worse than the normal ones.

No. Real beta tests are to find bugs, NOT for players to try stuff. You're confusing real beta tests with 'public' beta tests that you see on Fileplanet.com, those or only for 'trying out stuff' and getting a playerbase together. Before those tests, there were closed beta tests to test the bugs. You can see the NF beta test as a closed beta test.

As for the 'payment' comment. You're either retarded or making a really poor joke here. You pay for the live servers, and the NF test is a closed beta test for subscribers. If you can, either participate in it or fuck off. It's as simple as that.
