Each player with an active European DaoC account also has a RightNow account with which he can ask questions to the Customer Support. The login / password for Right now are the same than the ones you use to play DaoC. Your login / password are private and you should never give them to anyone.

Using RightNow, you will have access to a powerful search engine containing all the most frequently asked questions. We advise you to use these, you may find your answers faster.

However, if you can't find what you are looking for, you can directly write to the Customer Support who will answer you as fast as possible (usually 48h / 72h). Only players with an active RightNow account are allowed to ask questions and they must be identified on RightNow (using login / password).

Usually 48-72h. GG again goa. It was 1,5 weeks since I mailed them. Anyone else having this problem?

i have a problem with my inventory and a "bugged hidden" BP totem in there - been waiting a week so far...

Do you renew the rightnow report frequently, as per the instructions? And made sure it was filed under the correct heading and inculded all the relevant information? I'm not being patronising - you really would be astounded by the number of reports that don't.

What kind of response you get will also depend on what the query was. If it was a bug report, you will most likely get a 'thanks we will look into it' reply, and that's it. If it's to report cheaters etc, you'll get a similar 'thanks, bye' message. You won't hear further from them, it's just not appropriate.

For bugs - if it's a bug that affects your character only - ie a bugged quest or a stuck problem - then you'll get a reply telling you when it's fixed. If it's a bug that affects many people - such as the invisible inventory items - then you most likely won't - these reports will be sent on to Mythic and it's up to Mythic to fix them.

My rightnow request has gone un-awnsered for 3 weeks now

All i want is for a stupid little quest to get reset, how hard can that be?

Lemme guess, it's in the last slot of the second page?
Just swap another item to that slot and it becomes visible.

It only occurs if the vault is completely full, and it's not anything GOA can fix. Bug Mythic if anyone

I'm RR4 in the game and therefore should be able to buy 4 totems for BP? merchant says i can;t buy more than 4 - funnily enugh i only have 3 in inventory and it wont let me buy a 4th...

once goa have seen the report thay file them and fix AS and when thay can renew the question from time to time make a pain of yourself keep at them worked for me waitewd 2 weeks harased them for 2 days got it sorted then

And the lesson learned is: It's a bug that affects many people. It has therefore bee nforwarded to Mythic, for them to solve, as it's an error in the coding.

You guys will just have to wait for Mythic to sort it out, sorry.

I did have this problem, but I don't any more because I use potions instead. They're pretty cheap and just as effective, if not more effective, than the bp totems.

Dont think its a bug, like you cant use any totems at rr1.
1 at rr2
2 at rr3
3 at rr4
4 at rr5
5 at rr6
6 at rr7
7 at rr8
8 at rr9 &
9 at rr10.

I bought my first totems yesterday And i could only have 4, yus im rr5.
