Instead, the game is heavily stylised with bizarre and fantastic twists. For example, gamers earn points and progress by taking on tasks such as "animal kinship, gardening, alchemy and bureaucratic arts".

I don't think I'll be giving up quakelive in a hurry for this... dross.

so instead of killinng 5 goblins to get to lvl2, you have to grow 5 carrots instead?

It might be argued that not having design goals specified is a rather key flaw in the game design. In the interview Butterfield admits they've focused more on the game engine than the game's structure.

Still, interesting concept.

So I'm playing the beta until next Thursday, had 3 invites before, but didn't have time. It's interesting, great time killer, easy to put down and pick up.

and they use the word chillax in their advert.

So, in accordance with rule 6, they should all be shot.
