Isn't it illegal to lead some livestock over some bridge in london(i.e. swans, pigs )

I do know that in some places farmers have the right to let their herds roam around, in fact near E17 there are cattle grids to stop them wandering onto the North Circular.

I recall some incident, not in E17, where a cow fell off a bridge and hit a car going under it, I mean you might expect yobbos to sling half a paving slab at you, but a whole cow ?

As for swans, they are protected by royal command, killing a swan is a serious criminal offence, a place I used to work in a business park had too sack someone because they ran a swan over.
