Giving up Diet Coke

i used to really like quorn burgers till sodding tris told me what goes on at the factory i havent been able to face one since! dont be putting me off everything pleease
i'm quite smart about what i eat/drink ever since i went on this health kick and tbh it does really make a difference (i used to have a coffee every afternoon and then i found that caffeen stays in your system for a silly ammount of time so i cut it out and only drink caffeen drinks early in the day now it really makes a big difference to my sleep).
i drink cranberry juice 1/2 a pint, about 2 litres of water (sparkley for the bubbles and tap for teh flouride)one or two cups of green tea is now my hot drink of choice thats what i drink every day and i'll have about one coffee a week and have unrefined brown sugar in that maybe one or two cans of diet coke a week if that and occasionally a hot cocoa.
however the fact that i do smoke and i consumed vast ammounts of alcohol and even worse.... blue raspbery panda pop in the past sort of cancells out any fear of any possible damage i may do to myself by having the occasional soda

What i failed to sya in my earlier posts is that even if you think that aspartameneini is causing these things, you should go to a doctor and check yourself before something else wriggety-wrecks yourself.
It's like the old saying goes, while you're avoiding the bullet, you're steppping on a landmine. Well...old as in two seconds ago as i just came up with it...but still!

I've cut down on my aspartame usage. Not cos I necessarily trust all the pro-aspartame or con-aspartame studies, but more because I don't think it's necessary at all. I can live just as good on tea, coffee, water and fruitjuice, and I like it more infact than those chemical drinks.
I don't know whether aspartame is healthy, or distructive, but since ye very well live without the stuff, I don't really need to find out.
(PS, to use as sweetener at home, honey tasts much much better anyway)

If diet coke gives these effects, like fuck if I'm ever brushing my teeth again! I'd rather be flouride free than die because of flouride poisioning! =(

Well, you don't have to bike thru the city centre or over main roads... If I see it correctly, there is plenty of rural area north of leeds, even with a lake, shaped like an ox or something, of like 1.5km length..Naetha said:
