As bluesky says, you need to run mls for the right reasons, not because someone wants you to or because you feel that it gives you power or respect or any of that. However I'm not gonna go all mushy if you do chose to stop doing raids because of other ppl. You take the good with the bad and if you don't have the stomach to face the bad, then it's your problem.
To those ppl saying that midgard should be ashamed of themselves for losing a great leader, I don't entirely agree. There are bad raid attendees and there are good raid attendees, as well as there are good and bad raid leaders. But the fact that there are both good and bad, is something we all have to live with. Raid attendees can cope with bad leaders by not joining their raids, or just try to get the best of their raids and be quiet. Raid leaders can cope with bad attendees by kicking and/or banning them from raids. The worst you can do is let them get to you, but IF you DO let them get to you, then it's your own problem, and you should deal with it yourself instead of moaning about what we lost and what we didn't lose.
I don't care about who is leading the raids, who stopped leading raids and who will lead raids in the future, that's not what's important. What's important is that someone is willing to take the job of leading a raid, and that he or she does it for reasons he or she can live with, be it greed, need or just the pleasure of being the one in charge.
I tend to ramble a bit more than I want to, but I'm sure you get my point.
To sum it up, tbh I don't care if vavi stops leading raids or not, I don't care what the reason is that he's stopping if that's what he choses. I think it'd be a shame if he does stop leading raids, but NOONE but vavi can be held responsible for his decission (sp?), and I think those ppl who tell the midgard to be ashamed for making vavi stop leading raids, should be ashamed for putting shame on other ppl.
