I suggest getting an Oven fitted in your car and cooking nothing but

BSE in a can. I lived off these when I was a student, I expect the porous holes to start appearing in my brain any time now.

On an only mildly related note......

I have cousins live down in Callington in Cornwall, pretty much everyone who's ever lived in Callington has worked at the Ginsters factory at least once in their lives so here's a story I once got told:

Workers on the pasty production line were banned from bringing pens and / or pencils anywhere near the line since the early 1990s as it had become a fad to sign the inside of a pasty. Since then, female workers have a habit of wearing thick eyeshadow so that, instead of with ink, they can sign a pasty with blue eyeshadow instead.

So.....next time you're about to bite into a pasty open her up first and see if you've got a signed handmade jobbie ;).

I'm eating £2.30 co op sammiches at the moment and they're nowhere near half as nice as ginsters ones even though they're over half the price :(

Nate: I had one of those last semester and it was fine. Had one the first day of this semester and got sick from it.

Lovely. =<

It's probably that you suck so much that the Fray Bentos didn't want you to eat it, leaving so much time between eating them doesn't make it happy.

I have to say I quite like there BLTs and the quality is usually better than the other rubbish you find in such shops around here.

I have been known to eat the pasties (cold) when out and about too.

No were near as good as a proper pasty though.
