You could always make a rejuv/enh cleric and putting the last few points to get the level 3 smite insta mez.
3 Heavenly Visions Instant 3P PB 200 9 sec. 300 sec.
And then go about trying to mez someone in rvr. Its somewhat gimped i should say but always good to have as a last desperate gamble.

Use riposte . Used after block and medium defensebonus + low end usage. Just do backup. First press riposte and then amesthy slash.
