Salty are you kidding? That spec is very viable in all kinds of situations, not sure about how you want to respec but that spec will help you in all kind of situations, some of the better heroes i met in this game have that spec and love it, so its at least far from gimp ;)

i just dont like it cos the 1h dmg is pretty crap in rvr m8.
wanna go 50 lw 42 shield 39 parry etc

1h is not crap in rvr, its the same amount as lw or cs, by the way 39 parry wont help you much in rvr, rather have high 1h.. just trust me that spec in the best all round :)

And you will be 1 of the few REAL hybrids that are left :)

i was salty's spec and grew to dislike it.. having always been a full hybrid hero (had 39 blades originally with 44 cs, then 44 blunt with 44cs) i was most often only using 1h to break BT for the big 2h hit. i was also spending 90% of time in battles with 2h up, which meant that more parry would mostly be the most use (even though parry is still broken for styles).

the 1h damage has become almost negative in rvr- by that i mean it's almost not worth hitting attack and making someone immune to root/mez/snare over.. plus im sick of the fact that blades and blunt anytime is a fucking taunt. if im 1hing i want to have a defensive bonus thanks.

annihilation is the best weapon style in hib (or maybe diamondback for stealthers) :)

id go 50 lw, 42 shield, 37 parry, 13 pierce i think.
use a small dirk to pop bubble :D

if we were to vote (?) id say whandall.. cause atleast the other specs r decent.. just a matter about playstyle i suppose.. about whandall though.. thats some truely wasted specpoints imo :p


(and for the record - no i dont know him)

I'd like to bid for a RA respec stone for Zenich too. I have dodger 1, which is pointless since the dex cap changes if I have buffs, which I plan to have. I also spent in AoM and Duelists Reflexes before even getting the basic WA/IP/Purge type RA's ..... and now I need to get much higher in rr before I can get the RA's which I need early to be able to last long enough to get to a high rr. Pllllleeeeeaaaasssseeee :)

Ive played saltys char, and all i can say is Gimp:doh: seriously, went rvr with his char, spear just sux majorly without the lvl 50 style, blunt is crap, ive got a 39 blunt spec warden, but still, NO parry bassically on salty, so he has no defence while having spear out, and when he hits it does low dmg compaired to LW etc, i know LW is better because ive also played as falcs lvl 50 champ :p the damage is a heck of alot more.

btw this gimp list thread only used for this time or may be used when there are left over stones at the end of raid?
it seems nice idea to keep thread like this for gimped ppl to get a chance like this apart from lotto imo as we wont get 25fg always

the idea of adding 10 to those who keep loosing lotto sounds pretty good to me btw, will get it after 10 raid ;)

whandall need it more than me i guess happy to decline from this gimp contest if we doing the add 10 thingy

say after 10 raid if i roll say 4 and add 100, will i win even if there is someone roll 100? sounds i'm ready to loose lotto already lol

i think he means that instead of doing random 100, if for instance youd been on 2 previous raids then you would roll random 120.

does this mean the remaining 3 stones go to me and the 2 other chaps from the final 4 guys? or wasnt you one of the 4 people was tzee mentioned a few posts back?

the modifier thingy works like:

if you want to lotto for an item, and ok, you lose out, then i add on +10 to your name, so next time you go, and if you lotto, say you got 84, then you get a +10 added to your roll, which gives 94.. if you still lose, then you get another +10 for the next raid, and so on and so forth.

the second you win a lotto however, your modifier is back down to +0.

its not dependent on the item you're going for, its dependent on whether you win anything at all or not.

for the past 2 raids i've got the names of the group leaders and the names of everyone in their group :p

putting it in a database is just one step further :)
