Giff Gaff outage

First time ever since I used them had an outage today. Apparently a water main burst cutting off power.

Aye, been down all day for me although data is backup.

Not great, sounds like they've got no DR.

Thought they'd know better since their 3 day (was it?) outage around christmastime.

All they need to do is replicate their infrastructure in a different site. How hard can it be? I may see if they need a contractor
