Help gif. resize

I need to resize a gif. to use as my avatar, as its too big atm, is there a straight forward way to do it??

just done it in animation shop, got the kb down under 39.1, which vB asks for, but it wont let me upload it?

its to be under 19.5 -

yes, it says the file type it 'nerophotosnapviewer' cant seem to change it from that

i used to have my blackadder one up here and i just re loaded that up no problem?

Probably because the blackadder one was put on by a mod for you and is still uploaded rather than a fresh upload being done.... pm sent
