gif help on cleric temp pls

lo all
here lookin for a RvR cleric temp with the following if possible
capped healing bonus
capped casting speed
capped dexterity and a high +cap
capped piety and a high +cap
and capped AF

i realise this is a tall order but i think it would be worth spending the money to get it

i have the following for temp not much but a start

GoV
magma shield (med)
krojers dex
HE book will get arti if needed

any replys will be appreciated ty

i will say it before eggy does ... need more dex!!!!
