Right, so basically my graphics card fan is suddenly going full speed for 5-10 seconds and I have no idea why, the Temperature is @ 33c idle right now so its not doing it to vent heat + the only software I have on the PC at the moment that is doing anything with the Graphics Card is the latest Nvidia Drivers + The Nvidia Experience (optimizes games for better performance)

Apart from that there is literally nothing on the PC that has any sway over the Graphics Card as I've just formatted  the last time it did it/went fast was at the login screen after booting up.

Any ideas?

Edit: oh yea, probably help if I tell you what graphics card >< http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-095-GI&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=2294 - is what I'm using

Get something like HWInfo that can record max/min figures (or there's another one that will actually plot graphs for you of all the readings) and see what's happening across the whole system when the fan kicks in. Could be a dodgy temp sensor on the card. I know nothing about Nvidia cards.
