GFX bug!

Right, this occurs on only 2 games (so far anyway)
Planetside and Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 3

Here is a piccy of it in CFS3:

The aircraft modle dosnt appear, and everything is shrouded in a blue fog.

Similarly in Plantside, other people dont appear not even a white cut-out all you can see is the name above their heads.
The interface works fine in both as you can see in he picture.
In Planetside I just get the blue fog again.

My GFX card is a GeForce 4 Ti 4800SE

Ive upgraded my GFX card drivers (latest detonators)

Any suggestions?

/edit: Reinstalling Direct X hasnt helped
/edit 2: Re-set bios to defaults, hasnt helped.
/edit 3: Rolled back GFX drivers, hasnt helped.

Switch between the 2 available options in graphics properties. The one you are looking for is fog table emulation, either have this on or off. I think that fixed it for me, its under direct x tab, i just looked

I believe it also occurs on GTA3.

I found this article:

and uninstalled my gfx drivers totally (How i hate 600x800) and let XP reinstall them and its all better now

I had tried flicking between a few of the options but hadn't found this. Thanks anyway.

I guess something got corrupted somewhere.
