We're engaged for a while now but never really came to set a date for the wedding.
Today we were just talking about random things and he looked into my eyes and asked me to marry him.

Classic mistake that stagnant silence when you can't think of something decent to say so utter the words the words that will haunt you forever, "we should get married". Made the same mistake myself 13 years ago at 4 am on New Years Day. Couldn't even remember it the next day.
